Our activities are also based on education, growth and social well-being in our region, the northern edge of the Ruhr area/Emscher-Lippe, in the sign of globalisation and permanent technological change.
This is where we, our families and employees live. This requires economic growth, a good infrastructure and the creation of jobs with a wide variety of qualifications, not only in the service and trade sectors, but especially in industry.
As an IT company, we are also interested in questions of technology transfer between universities and industry, cluster and funding policy and the topics related to occupational safety and security in times of increasing globalization and digitization (Industry 4.0 / Work of Tomorrow).
For the cooperation and the exchange with the local parties we are a member of the “IHK Regionalkreis für den Kreis Recklinghausen”. Together with the regional districts of Gelsenkirchen and Bottop, this forms the “Vestischer Regionalkreis” for the Emscher-Lippe region. The employers’ association RUHR-LIPPE is a cross-sector, general employers’ association (professional association). More than 100 members from the district of Recklinghausen as well as Bottrop, Herne, Bochum, Witten and Hattingen include companies from industry, trade and services as well as legal entities and institutions in various sectors. We use the exchange of information between members on labour policy and economic issues and have been a voluntary member since 2018. In addition, the employers’ association offers a wide range of seminars, company and personal further training opportunities, which are available to us and our employees.
